I was fortunate enough to be invited to Dover Street Market's Open House on Thursday evening and special guest, Carine Roitfeld was signing her new book, Irreverent. She was definitely a Parisian vision in a skin-tight Balenciaga skirt (Carine is never seen in trousers) and Sergio Rossi studded leather boots which are from next season. Oh, to be a Roitfeld. She was extremely polite and very happy to meet her fans. After asking my name, "Courtney?" "Like, eh, Courtney Love," in her gorgeous French accent, we chatted for a bit and she posed for photographs ending with a Parisian thank you.
